Orders that are "completed" cannot be canceled or refunded.
Orders sent to the system will be processed sequentially, and service times vary depending on server status at the time of the order. Therefore, times cannot be guaranteed. To know average completion time, contact customer service. The Company provides the best estimate, but this is not guaranteed.
If more than 72 hours have passed, customers may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The Company is not responsible for any reduction in order quantity per service. Customers can repurchase or increase the quantity at any time.
Orders cannot be canceled if they violate the terms of service.
